Harrison Woods neighborhood was first developed in the mid to late 2000's by Walt Dickson and Holrob residential. Unfortunately, the 2008 real estate crash happened shortly thereafter and the developers lost the neighborhood before many homes could be built. Most lots were sold at auction and over the years have been built on by those individuals or their successors. 

 

Harrison Woods is one of the premier neighborhoods in Lenoir City & Loudon County. It is located behind the Lenoir City High School off Harrison Road and is just minutes from shopping, dining, and health care on highway 321.
